The property itself had excellent amenities, with the swimming pool being a highlight of our stay. Its location was also very convenient, as it was close to the city, with restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible—just a 2-minute drive away.

It's very private. The host is warm and attentive and will provide you with all the help you need. This location is very central and only a few minutes walk to the Fort and souq. It should be noted that this is Nizwa Old Town, the roads are very narrow, please drive carefully and park. The landlord will assist you with parking.

And sqeaky clean with an area for barbecue also. Firewood and charcoal with matchbox placed strategically. Our group of 3 couples had the best of quality time as we were meeting after many years. Kudos to the owner!
