I loved how comfortable the beds were, had everything you need for cooking a nice meal in the kitchen. Had lots of spare blankets if needed. The pool was nice and relaxing, fun for the kids. The apartment we stayed in was very clean.

The room is very clean, the room smells nice, and the hotel owner is very hospitable. It is located very close to the center and is very quiet around it. I really love living here, it feels like a home away from home.
The location of this property was interesting being close to an inland marina surrounded by what appeared to be expensive holiday homes. The area was very quiet with few people about although "downtown" Whitianga was more busy. The apartment has no means of cooking apart from a microwave and toaster which wasn't a problem for us as we ate in Whitianga, which has a good selection of places to eat. There is a private garden area to sit in which we didn't use, although a line out there for drying washing would have been useful.
