Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

Situated 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo and Amusement Park, Sørlandsidyll, Dyreparken 12 min features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The owner was very friendly and let us know via text in the app when the house would be ready to enter. It's a big house and at driving distance of Kristiansand

There's washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient. Host left some welcome snacks and note, very cute and we felt appreciated!

Absolutely top, wonderful place, such a nice view, fully equipped, also the car charger was very helpful, we are really impressed and would like to come back for a longer time!

Very friendly host and any additional needs or issues were quickly resolved. Lovely location right at the water side, close to Risør. We felt very welcome.

Luxurious Boathouse with Private Dock in the Best Location in Arendal er staðsett í Arendal, í innan við 17 km fjarlægð frá The Ibsen House og býður upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi, loftkælingu og... Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.
