The property was amazing in every way, cozy, clean, well equipped and planned. It worked comfortably for our group with its three bedrooms. The view over the city from the terrace was breathtaking. Very friendly host and any additional needs or issues were quickly resolved. Lovely location right at the water side, close to Risør. We felt very welcome.

Set in Arendal, within 17 km of The Ibsen House, Luxurious Boathouse with Private Dock in the Best Location in Arendal offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and a private beach area. Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.
