The house is wonderful, equipped with everything you need (and even more) and has direct access to one of the most wonderful beaches in Mauritius directly next to the luxury resorts. At night you hear the waves, at day you hear the birds in the wonderful garden. Michael is a great host, super kind and I feel blessed & thankful that I had the opportunity to stay at this Paradies-Place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. - Modern, clean, in a gated residence complex. Its a very upmarket residential area. - 3 bedrooms all ensuite. - 5-7 minute walk from the whale/ dolphin tour departure. - Short walk to Padrino Italian Restaurant for the best Neapolitan pizzas and a nice view. - owner will meet you up to 4pm. After this, the security guy will hand over the keys. - 1/2 minute drive from the big “London Way” supermarket. Everything was perfect. Don’t let the minimal reviews put you off, don’t hesitate and just book your stay here!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Residence 1129 - Block 1 is set in Flic-en-Flac. This luxury 5 bedroom modern spacious villa is situated in a quiet location, with local shops only a few minutes away by car. It has decent size rooms with 2 en-suites, a downstairs toilet and another toilet and shower on the second floor. The views from the roof terrace where you can enjoy a lovely bbq with family/friends, sun bathing or watching the sunset on the sea is amazing. The pool is a lovely size with beautiful night lights which my little girl loved being in all the time. We even had time to relax in the jacuzzi which is in the main bedroom. The owner is very kind & welcoming and is on hand should you need to contact him. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and big fans in the open plan living & kitchen room. The drive can easily fit a large 7 seater and a normal 5 seater vehicle. We have really enjoyed our stay here. It’s has been a lovely relaxing experience. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get.

The beach is conveniently less than one kilometer away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. This villa is ideal for families, offering a very family-friendly environment. The host was exceptionally cooperative, taking the time to thoroughly brief us on all the amenities available in the villa. This made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Additionally, the strong WiFi was a great perk, keeping everyone connected and entertained. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a tranquil and convenient place to stay.

He was always on hand to answer any question or queries for us. The place itself was brilliant and we loved our stay.

Set in Flic-en-Flac and only 2 km from Flic en Flac Beach, Amazing Sunset view rooftop. Offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was outstanding: the size of the accommodation( absolutely huge), very clean, modern and equiped with everything you might need, the roof top terrace you can park 2 buses there :-)). But this place is not about the room and facilities but the super kind, welcoming and warm hearted hosts. Thank you Thierry, Carre and your mum too. I wish every holiday place could be like yours. I just want to mention something about a previous review: it is unfair to score down this property based on the night life or walking promenade in Flic en Flac. For us, it's a 10+ accommodation and we will definitely be back as we absolutely loved Mauritius.
