The host is great, helped us with everything we needed. We had an issue with the night and she help us solve it whiteout any extra charge. The location is perfet just on the lake between the old town and the main streer. There is a praking in the hotel and bike you can take free of charge. Yhe rooms are clean with nice warm shower.

The entire staff, all of whom are from the same family, were incredibly sweet, respectful, and attentive. Our room was spotless and spacious, offering both comfort and style. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, and we loved the fresh and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was a real treat, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, all prepared with care. What made our stay even more special was how the staff went out of their way to help us, not just within the hotel but outside as well. They kindly arranged a taxi for us and gave us helpful tips and information about the city, making our trip even better. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a place to relax where you’ll be well taken care of, this is the perfect choice.

This property was absolutely amazing, the location was great, and everything was such a short distance away, everything within the apartment was very cleanly and organized and it was a very inviting and beautiful balkan atmosphere. Furthermore I have to thank Zorana for being so nice and welcoming to me and my group upon arriving, and even went above and beyond to get us extra blankets for me and my friends! The price was great, The accommodation was amazing and the location was very beautiful!
