The place is perfectly equipped for self-sufficient holiday - beach chairs, cooler box etc. There is everything you need for cooking - all functioning, everything thought about. It feels like a lot of thought has gone into practicalities - it really is super user friendly and handy. I had planned to stay a week but changed my plans and stayed an extra week instead of looking for other places to just “change the scene” - there is a lot accessible in the driving distance, it’s a good base for visiting Playa Sucia (30 min) or even Crash Boat Beach (a little over an hour drive). The customer service is impeccable. Whenever I needed anything, I always got a reply in less than an hour, including on a Sunday. Top marks for this place!

The holiday home has private entrance. I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Les Galets SXM! The room had everything I needed. I felt very safe which was important since I was traveling alone for the first time. The heated pool was a bonus! Since I decided not to rent a car the walk to Orient Beach was a short 15 minutes. The hosts communicate through WhatsApp which was very helpful. I would absolutely return and recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Martin.
