The property is stunning, even better than in the photos. The view of the Bay of Kotor is incredible. The staff were very helpful and always responded quickly to our queries. I could not recommend this place more.

The pool is a great size, with lots of room both inside and out for a group of 6. The location was also very practical for Tivat and Kotor but I would recommend that a car is needed. The view of the sunset is stunning and I would thoroughly recommend this villa to all. Darko the host was incredibly helpful providing us with recommendations for walking, activities and assisting in every way he could.

Stayed here with my wife for 4 nights - we had a splendid experience. The host was very welcoming and helpful, responsive via text to any queries. It is located atop a hill in Tivat and you can see all the beautiful old buildings on the way up to the place in the surrounding neighbourhood. Beautiful sceneries from the garden. Added benefit of having an outdoor hot tub which was very cosy. Great location, only 5 minute drive into Tivat centre. Not too far of a drive from Kotor either. Very clean interior. Welcomed with a free bottle of chardonnay :)

Gioia Villa probably is one of the best option in Tivat for group of people (5-8 persons). The villa has two floors, private swimming pool, terrace at both floors. Also, full equipped kitchen and washing machine for clothes. The villa has very good location (about 15-20 minutes) from porto Montenegro and has wonderful sea view. The villa is super clean. Special thanks for owners kindness, support and advices.

The layout of the place surprised us, we imagined it different after seeing the photos but it worked very well for us. The two main rooms are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area makes it easy to relax. The view from balcony is beautiful. The host reacts very quickly if there is any need. I would happily come back

Villa Lastva er staðsett í Tivat og býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu, einkasundlaug, fjallaútsýni og verönd. We loved the villa. It had plenty of space, both indoors and out. Although it was just the two of us with our baby, it's definitely large enough for 4 to 6 adults to share and not feel too confined.
