The hotel has one of the best views from the balcony. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Our room was super clean. The location was great also. Away from the crowds but a short drive or taxi to a few beaches. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Located 300 metres from the beach in Petrovac, Villa Vukotić offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. I loved staying at the Villa Vukotić. First, it was well above Petrovac, so there was no noise. I am a very sensitive and light sleeper, and sleeping in a quiet place is extremely important to me. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a small kitchenette which I didn’t have much use for, but it was nice to have. Each room has its own private veranda, which is where I spent most of my time. It’s about a six or seven minute walk down to the beach front, so it’s very convenient. On the way down to the beach, there is a Voli market, and you can get just about anything you need there. There is also a large outdoor terrace, which I did not use, but this is perfect for a family that wants to have dinner, or have friends over and be social with. But the best part of all was the owners, Vera and Luka. Luka met me at the Petrovac bus station and drove me to the villa. Vera greeted me with a glass of rakia, and then we spent an hour talking about various political and cultural issues. She is a very nice lady. She was very concerned that everything was good, which it was. Today, for the same price as the taxi, they drove me to my next location, Virpazar, helped me find the rather remote place I was staying, And then helped me find a rental bicycle, which was not available otherwise, and which I never would have found on my own because I don’t speak Montenegrin. After that, they treated me to a beer in the Village Square, even though I wanted to treat them to say thank you for the kindness. They were warm and hospitable, and villa was quite nice. What else could you ask for?

Absolutely amazing place, beautiful view above Herceg Novi, close to town and sea but in peaceful area surrounded with beautiful nature. Hosts are very polite and nice people, wish I could stay more with them but for sure will come again. Everything was smooth organized, nice and clean apartment with all equipment that you need. Set in Kotor, 9.1 km from Kotor Clock Tower and 9.1 km from Sea Gate - Main Entrance, Village House DIMS offers a garden and air conditioning. Our hosts have been very kind and polite! They offered us two bottle of wine as welcome to the house. There was also a little swimming pool very useful just to chill out watching the sunset. A perfect spot to watch the stars (there was also a telescope available in the house)! I would like to get back in the future.
