A house with very spacious rooms, great views, close to the sea and with everything we needed for our stay, including enough food and drinks for breakfast and snacking. Very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and welcomed in the house and in the city as well. There was also a great CD and book collection for us to enjoy. Overall we were very happy!!

The staff comes upon requirement to change laundry, tidy up the rooms or clean the pool. There is vineyard, figue trees, olive trees and lavender on the territory, place to park the car, wine cellar to have good organic wine of 2 sorts by 3 years of production. Again, the views are amazing! One can see sun since dawn till the sunset from the pool terrace. One can grill steaks looking at full-view of Igalo Bay, the cruise ships and yachts leaving Kotor-Boca Bay to Adriatic… 1000 words are not enough to express excitement.

Situated in Herceg-Novi, 2.2 km from Meljine Beach and 2.2 km from Lalovina Beach, Villa Belle Air offers air conditioning. excellent location, clean and beautiful house, what wasn’t ok for us was that we had to pay in cash even though it was specified that the amount would be collected from the card, we had to change the money at the ATM with a large commission.

First of all, this was definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The house is perfect for a family with kids. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a kitchen combined with a living room downstairs. A wonderful terrace in front of the house. A tiny beach right across the road! Another one right nearby. Everything in the house is perfectly organized. The kitchen has got everything you may need and the kitchen utensils are of very good quality. Our stay here was very comfortable and relaxing. Some people earlier complained that the road next to the house is noisy. This is true. It is noisy. But the noise was not unbearable. Plus if you shut the balcony door and switch on the air conditioning, the noise is considerably reduced. And the second bedroom faces the garden. With the window closed I could not hear any sounds from the road.
