Beautiful house, well-kept garden, very nice owners. Fantastic stay. As a note, the villa is located on a quite busy street, which may be slightly disturbing at night. It is worth mentioning this in the description of the place. Too few deckchairs (3) for a larger number of people renting. Despite minor comments, I still give it the highest rating

The quality of the building and architecture is impressive, showcasing both elegance and comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the possibility of an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The personnel were incredibly kind and attentive, promptly repairing a minor issue in the room without any delay. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was the personal chef who provided several breakfast options included in the price. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious meals tailored to our preferences. The villa also offers convenient parking space, which was a great advantage for us. Overall, this villa is a true gem in Montenegro, combining luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

What a find Villa Andrea 1 is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The location was perfect for our stay. This villa is for those who respect what the Hosts have provided - they were very welcoming and always available for any issues (none) any questions or advice - so nice and so helpful. The views from the villa are lovely sea, mountains and the setting is peace and nature. The villa had everything one would expect and the pool is perfect. You do need a car but we found getting around very easy and there are so many lovely places to visit. The views from Lovcen are stunning. A villa to recommend for families or groups who enjoy peace and quiet and exploring.

The peaceful and quiet location of the property in the hills, with far-reaching views to the bay below. The design and layout of the property: very good living and dining spaces, both indoors and outside. Each of the bedrooms had its own balcony, with another leading off the dining area. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool was very welcome in the heat, also very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well appointed and fully equipped. In particular, the hosts, who were extremely friendly and professional. Communication was exceptionally good and prompt at the time of booking, before arrival and while we were staying. We all felt extremely well looked-after, which was very much appreciated.
