The staff were great. A Jallal went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one. He was in regular contact with us. The location was perfect as we were not too far from the Medina and yet were away from its busyness. The place was very spacious with a good terrace where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Clean, new Riad with everything we needed. Great location and restaurants close by. Wonderful hosts who looked after us so well with beautiful food and organised tours for us.

The villa was open, clean, and spacious with a good sized backyard. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. Isham was an amazing hostess.

Located in the palmgrove of Marrakech, only 10 minutes from the Jamaâ El Fna Square, Villa Al Assala welcomes you in a green setting and boasts a heated swimming pool. This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the desert! Sheltered amongst the palm trees the bijou Villa is cool even when it’s 30 degrees. The pool was cool fresh and big enough for lengths or cooling down sipping wine on the steps. The room was spacious and again cool! Lovely layout of the room and beautifully decorated. Bed was super comfortable and we had a balcony with garden view which was delightful. Breakfast was simple and elegant. Lunch and dinners were high on flavour and the dining area was perfect for a romantic meal for 2. We had just gotten engaged and the hotel made a real effort to make our stay special with a fab room and romantic flower petals on the bed. We got fantastic service but I think that’s standard rather than anything special for us! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We did a couple of tours out to the Atlas Mountains and the desert but really we should have booked an extra day to enjoy the tranquil ambiance and wonderful hospitality from Valentine and her staff.

The villa was even better than expected based on the photos. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. The place was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The warm welcome from Ibrahim and Salma made our stay even more special, and Salma brought us a delicious breakfast. We felt right at home. An unforgettable experience, highly recommended
