Very quiet place for nature lovers, near to the city, very helpful and lovely owner, got tea and a very delicious coconut free of charge, nice atmosphere with good music :)

Though the host's English was limited, we had no problem communicating and he and his family were extremely accommodating. AC worked well and the unit is quite large. Excellent value for the price.

The house has everything you need: TV, washing machine, iron, blender, hot water, WiFi. Three minutes to the beach on foot. A very friendly and helpful family owns the house. We stayed at this hotel with extended family. The hotel has an exceptional team doing all they can to keep the guests happy. Buddhika, Vijay and the rest of the team did everything they could to arrange the best trips and prepare wonderful dinners for us. Food was sourced from fresh fish markets. The hotel has a very chilled vibe with a beautiful garden and fantastic sea views. Ideal to relax and spend quality time with an extended group of family or friends.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Sandul Villa is set in Beruwala. The villa was awesome, it was cleaned every day including the beautiful swimming pool. There are five bedrooms all with aircon, fans, mozzie nets and comfortable beds. Two rooms have ensuites and there are a further two bathrooms all of which are very clean. The staff were lovely, very kind and they couldn't do enough for you, especially Sanjeewa who drove the Tuk Tuk, he went above and beyond to provide everything we needed and also took us anywhere we wanted to go locally. The owner was also extremely helpful in sorting out drivers for any trips we went on and also taking one member of our party to the doctors when she was unwell. Breakfast was included and was huge, so much food. There is a kitchen if you want to make your own food but there is also a menu you can order from for evening meals which is very reasonably priced. The garden is gorgeous and get lots of local wildlife in it, including chipmonks and the odd monkey. All in all the whole experience was brilliant and I highly recommend Sandul villa - we stayed for two weeks,
