Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Lobby is bright and spacious. Rooms are efficient, very clean. Bathroom layout is especially good, with enough space for your toiletries and a excellent shower plus separate bath behind a glass door.

Very clean room and building. The staff treated me extremely well and the traditional Japanese hospitality was very evident. Experiencing the traditional food, especially the dinner served in a private room, was a worthwhile experience by itself. I also tried out the private bath, which had an amazing atmosphere and was very refreshing after my long travels. Had a great stay and can recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the more traditional side of Japan!
