RIVERSIDE INN KAMAKURA, a property with free bikes, is situated in Kamakura, 7.8 km from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, 22 km from Sankeien, as well as 23 km from Yokohama Marine Tower. The house was a short walk from the monorail and also close to the Enoden line. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It had great facilities. We really enjoyed the quiet area and could relax after a busy day sightseeing.

Set in Hakone in the Kanagawa region, Hakone Komachi-箱根小町 has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. I wouldn’t call it spacious. However a small family would be ok. The hosts are very generous and left drinks and beautiful biscuits for you to consume. The kitchen is tiny but manageable with all the crockery and utensils you require. On arrival I would take a cab from the station if you have baggage as there is a very steep hill on the street. But a fantastic 10 minute walk into the town and station. The bathroom is downstairs however it’s very high tech and a lovely big bath and a shower, this room was my favourite and enjoyed this very much. The hosts also gave me a generous late checkout. There is a 7 eleven 2 minutes away. I would stay here again.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Shinoda House is situated in Kamakura. Location was great, 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minute walk to the train station and the main shrine, sights and restaurant row.

Villa Hiratsuka ツバメキタル-Vacation STAY is a recently renovated villa in Hiratsuka, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Close to train station, hosts were very welcoming, large property, well heated as it was very cold.

The place is very clean, quiet, and spacious, making it perfect for families. The host is super nice and attentive, which made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
