Set in Kanazawa and only 1.6 km from Kenrokuen Garden, Musashi Sakaean offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is an extremely beautiful machiya. The rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen were very well equipped and decorated. The machiya is also located in a walking distance from the train station and the most popular tourist points of interest (e.g. the castle, Kenrokuen, Oumichou Market etc.). This was an ideal stay, I have nothing to point out :)

Situated in Kanazawa, in a historic building, 2.7 km from Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Machiya Kenroku is a holiday home with a garden and shared lounge. The house used to be the house of a Samurai, the interior of the house still remained in its traditional form. The property is close to the Kanazawa station, with a lot of restaurants / Izakaya in close proximity. The host was amazing and gave us a tour and introduction to his ancestor who was a Samurai. It was a great experience overall.

The owner provided a complimentary pick-up at Kanazawa Station for my family of 6 pax with 7 luggages. The location was within 5 mins walk to a convenient family mart, within 10-15 walk to the Castle, Kenrɓokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District. Oh, and we all loved the heated floors, especially for the icy weather. Yakuta was provided too. There's PlayStation too for the kids,

Close proximity to attractions (considering we don't mind walking 10-15 minutes). Facilities were complete and very nice. Loved the minimalist and homey feel of this place.
