Check in was 3pm, but the room was ready when we arrived at 12. Comfortable bed. Washing machine in the property and a great washing line on the balcony Thoroughly recommend.

It has everything you need for an extended stay and is especially friendly for those who need to cook on your own due to allergy, etc. You can take a bus from the Shinkansen station to the hotel and all the attractions are just walking distance. I also really like the aeon supermarket nearby. We made delicious breakfast with its fresh local produce and was able to get extra sunscreen. Because restaurants close very early in Onomichi being able to cook is definitely a bonus.
