Very friendly and thoughtful. There is secure parking right on the property behind a gate. The AC worked great during an extremely hot period of time in Italy.

As a female solo traveller I felt safer on Procida than Ischia or Napoli (by a lot).

Important to be prepared: You do need to be ready to walk up and down many stairs and sometimes steep slopes.
