Very clean, updated feel, amazing view! Apartment was 10/10. Spacious. Felt like staying in true luxury! We didn’t want to leave! The complementary bottle Prosecco was greatly enjoyed on the balcony. Can’t get over the amazing view. Great fridge, stove, oven, and plates/pots and pans! 100% would recommend to anyone and would love to come back!

The accommodation was incredibly clean and full of details.- the little kids car mattress was a nice touch and kept our toddler entertained. The accommodation is very well equipped. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer.

Greenlake House Tremezzina, que tiene vistas al lago, dispone de alojamiento con patio y cafetera, y está a unos 3,3 km de Villa Carlotta. The owner of the place was very kind. He helped us with every question we had. Very beautiful view from the balcony, clean and comfortable.

Casa muy confortable y limpia, todo nuevo y en perfecto estado, bien ubicada para conocer el Lago Como y alrededores (Milán y Bégamo).Paolo estuvo muy atento ofreciendo todo tipo de información, sin duda, recomendable.

This is one of the best host and Apartment we have stayed. We rented a spacious 1 bedroom 678 sf. The layout is excellent. Large bedroom, living room and bathroom. Our hosts Paola & Alberto are warm, welcoming and constantly in communication to make sure we have an easy arrival. Paola was so thoughtful in providing everything you could think of in the apartment for your comfort. I appreciate all that you have included in the aprtments Paola :) from toiletries, towels, paper towel, dishes, detergents, clothing racks & pins for indoor & outdoor (the Apartment comes with a clothing washing machine which is a big big plus). Best of all she provided many snacks, water and fridge loaded with many other drinks at a very reasonable price. Thank you Paola for allowing us with early checking in because the apartment was available. I believe Lecco Huonder house could be a good base for extended stay. lots of Trains to Varenna: only 23 to 40 minutes and you are at mid lake and can easily visit many other attractions with ferry. Train to Milan from 39 minutes to over 1 hour. All these trains mentioned are regional trains so price is the same with all the bookings (from different train travel times to last minute booking). Just be prepare that many visitors travel to Milan from North to South and the train can be very crowded in this direction (Varenna back to Lecco or Lecco to Milan) The Apartment is a short walk from the train station and the Apartment look exactly as photos and descriptions but in person it feels to me quite cuter, warmer/homey and very clean

My family of 5 had plenty of space, the apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The addition of the small balcony in Smaraldo was lovely. We loved the simple but stylish decor, all beautifully presented and clean and tidy. The working shutters were a lovely original feature and the garden was an added bonus. A 10 minute walk to the lake front which has been renovated and has lake access, plus an easy to use bus stop outside the property made the location perfect.
