Great communication from the property owner, prior to arrival I received all of the information needed to begin our stay. We received a code for the lock box and entered the property without any issues. The property was very welcoming, clean, and accommodating. Freshly remodeled, fully modernized, and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Boasting a garden, Villino Maria Pia, appartamento in villino in centro storico L'Aquila is situated in LʼAquila, within 39 km of Rocca Calascio Fortress and 42 km of Campo Imperatore. A modern, clean, and cozy apartment near the historic center of L’Aquila. I met the hosts upon arrival and they kindly showed me around the apartment and all the nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly welcoming owners, very beautiful location, convenient access to main road (private country setting, but not lost in nowhere), cute greeting committee of friendly dogs and cats, amazing patio, big comfortable space.

After seeing town after town and church after church it was nice to take a quiet country break. The place was very nice. Comfortable and roomy. All modern conveniences. Supermarket about ten minutes and the old town 15 minutes. Good hikes from this location. Best part were the screens on the windows and a/c.

Didn't actually meet host but communication and access was easy. The accommodation provided everything we needed and plenty of extras. Setting was so tranquil and private but just a short drive to town for bars and restaurants.
