Located in Thekkady, Spice Villa Thekkady features a garden and a terrace. Such an amazing place! This villa is located up in Puttady, away from the crowded areas of Kumily and Periyar, definitely for the better. The villa is surrounded by lush nature and very quiet, from there you can walk to the Spice Park administered by the Government of India if you’re into cardamom and pepper (it’s a cool, under-visited place). The villa itself is lovely and staff are really, really dedicated. The food they serve is delicious, especially if you’re into South Indian cuisine. I wish I stayed there longer, one of the best experiences of my trip for sure.

The Hive at Druv Dakshin Farm Resort is a recently renovated villa in Padinjarathara, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, indoor pool and garden. I stayed at The Hive at Druv Dakshin, and it was the perfect choice for our group of close friends. The villa offers just the right level of privacy, making it ideal for family gatherings or friends travelling together. The sleeping arrangements were well-suited for extended family and kids, and every one of us felt extremely comfortable. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with a private plunge pool and an infinity common pool that were both very well-maintained. The food served was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It truly felt like the owner built the villa with positive vibes and attention to detail, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. We all had an incredible time here and would love to visit again!
