The Old Mill, Kilcorkey Bellanagare, Castlerea, County Roscommon - West of Ireland - House 2 býður upp á garðútsýni og gistirými með garði og verönd, í um 7,3 km fjarlægð frá Dr. The owners were friendly and extremely helpful, and gave us exactly the sort of information we wanted about local amenities and sights. They contacted me well before the reservation, and gave me a lowdown on the area, which I was able to keep in a file for when I arrived. We visited the Rathcrogan complex, as well as the National Famine Museum. They also let me know about a partial eclipse that was happening that night, which I got up for - the Kilcorkey Standing Stone is right next to them (in a private field, and therefore not fully accessible - but not far from a seating area in the Old Mill property), which was amazing to see up close during an eclipse. The bedrooms were perfect; it was myself and my mother, so we each had our own room. The shower was great, with excellent water pressure. The downstairs was a great landing spot for organizing our stuff, as well as providing for a spot to cook/make tea. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The hosts, the accommodation, the environment, the views... everything was "blow your mind stuff".

We liked our stay in that country house. Everything was fine, cleaned. This house is the heart of the sun and it gets nice, longlasting sunset. We will return sometimes. Thank you Laura.

The Lodge Self Catering er með garðútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með garði og verönd, í um 15 km fjarlægð frá Dr. Douglas Hyde Interpretative Centre. This was a fantastic place. We were very impressed. The checking in was so simple. On arrival we found the place warm and cosy lights on. It was wonderful snacks left for us loads of towels hot water. It was really comfortable. Cannot recommend it enough. 5star in our opinion.

Had everything you could need and lovely, friendly host. There were even treats for our dogs, v thoughtful. Great location, lots of great walks nearby and close to the coast in Co. Sligo. We would love to return soon. Thank you.

The hosts were the best hosts we had a electric shortage and they did beyond support we could have asked for... its a fabulous hse short distance from local town ..

The Plain View er gististaður í Boyle, 8,1 km frá Ballinked-kastala og 10 km frá Carrick-on-Shannon-golfklúbbnum. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. We were looking for a location that was close to Kilronan Castle for a family wedding and we had the greatest of luck to discover this gem of a holiday home. It's owned by Padraig, who is the kindest and most helpful gentleman you can imagine. When we had difficulty finding a taxi late in the evening to get to and from the venue he very generously shuttled three of our family members there. The property itself is immaculate it looks small from the front but it's very spacious inside, everything is absolutely perfect and new and all required items are already there. Basically bring your toothbrush. The land goes all the way down from the property to the lake through a very pastoral setting, some woodlands - and he has his own small cove with an oar powered longboat and a small sailboat which are available for use should you desire. There are many amenities in the area of which unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of, although we did take the boat out for a row on beautiful Lough Key and can only imagine how enjoyable it would be to have the family out on a nice sunny day maybe doing a little fishing or for a picnic on Bullock Island. The entire house has been completely renovated and is very modern. An extremely up to date kitchen - and there was even some ground coffee and a cafetiere! A more complete beautiful and perfect holiday domicile I really can't imagine. Thanks again to Padraig for making our short stay so memorable. Kevin and family
