The house exceeded all our expectations. Aisling met us to hand over the keys and run through everything with us. We were there for the Halloween weekend and Aisling had decorated the house with Halloween decorations. She had beautiful soup and brown bread made for us when we arrived. Such a wonderful touch!! There was every type of cereal you can imagine, there was also milk, orange juice, butter, jam, marmalade, the list is endless. The house is fantastic. 5 great sized bedrooms. The utility room is huge and contains an additional beer/wine fridge, an air fryer, microwave, freezer, etc The TV room is great. Plenty of comfy seating. Netflix, Prime and Disney plus were all available. There are also lots of games available for children. Aisling has thought of everything! We cannot wait to return. If you are thinking of booking, do it...you won't be disappointed!!! Just a note to add...the centre of the lovely town of Castleblayney is a 7 minute walk from the house. There are several bars and restaurants available. And some great shops too. There is also a great garage directly across the road which has a brilliant deli. All in all, Glenmount Castleblayney is the most perfect house for a great holiday.

It was an incredible well conserves one hundred years old house. It was like a trip to the past with all the confort possible. Kathleen received us with a home made cake and bits for a nice welcoming tea and gave us all kind of information to enjoy the area. We were like home!
