The Retreat is located centrally in the Medieval village of Carlingford 400 meters to the coast, it is 12 minutes drive to the local beach. There is free parking available. The location is absolutely amazing. The house is super clean and very well equipped. We were overwhelmingly with this property. Would highly recommend it.

We were very happy with the location. We were able to use the train to travel to Dublin and enjoy the beautiful surroundings when we came back in the evening.

The view is beautiful and it is a very short drive to the beach. We felt very good in this house and the beds were so comfy. It was also very clean. We had a perfect stay. Best house we had during our stay in Ireland, and in our top 2 in all our trips for the last 15 years

Had the most amazing stay in Nellie's a fantastic find.Its a charming place .Sean was a very welcoming host .The hot tub is fab .Will definitely be returning.
