I recently had the pleasure of staying in an outstanding rental home that not only met but far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the front door, it was clear that Chris & Steph had put an incredible amount of thought and care into ensuring that guests have a memorable and comfortable experience. The attention to detail throughout the house was remarkable. Each room boasted its own unique flair, with beautiful paintings that added character and charm, making the space feel like a home away from home. It's not often that you find such an eclectic mix of art that resonates so well. Another standout feature was the warm welcome we received upon arrival. As soon as we drove up, we were greeted and presented with a lovely welcome pack that included bread, eggs, scones, jam, and honey. In summary, this rental home was a rare find that made our stay exceptionally pleasant. Therefore, I definitely recommend it.

We have to say we loved it here.

Lodge very clean & decorated beautifully.

Very magical atmosphere, feeling like in fantasy book. Great landscape park with lake, swans and giant old trees…all you need for living is included: wash machine, oven, microwave etc. You have chance for jacuzzi, tennis courts and sauna. We do enjoyed our staying here.

We stayed in one of the Sheppards huts. Even tho it was tiny, the space was just perfect for a night or two! The water pressure in the shower was great and not expected! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were all you need and if you did need anything else, the hosts were happy to help. Really enjoyed a quiet stay in the West Cork countryside.

Cleanliness, good location near shops, restaurants, pubs. Everything you need for the household was there it can be seen that the hosts care about their guests. We really enjoyed it and thank the hosts very much.
