A fantastic place in the center of Kutjevo (the wine region's capital), close to the beautiful Nature Park Papuk. This is a standalone, new small house, well-equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, and a terrace. An excellent spot for relaxation, a starting point for hiking in Park Papuk, and for visiting nearby wine cellars and shops. The owner is extremely kind and very helpful. I highly recommend participating in a tasting at her family's Tandara winery. Some of the best wines we've had in Croatia. Highly recommended.

Being a villa, it comprises of two apartments, i.e.. upper and lower floors, easily capable of accommodating two families. It boasts 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 TVs, along with extras such as a sauna, jacuzzi, and playing ground. The owner is also very kind and hospitable, which makes the experience even better. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a perfect vacation spot.
