There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. This is a great place to stay. So comfortable and spacious. Each room has own bathroom!!! Pool and outdoor area is lovely. Host was magnificient. She met us at the property and showed us around and explained everything to us. Gave us great recommendations of where to eat and general advice. We would like to come back here as soon as possible!

The view of the sea from the balcony was stunning, with gorgeous sunsets. The apartment is modern, well-furnished, and filled with natural light. It's conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful seaside retreat!

We had an amazing one week at the Julian Villa 💙 The House is beautiful, we found everything what we need for the days. The kitchen equipped with everything, the separated bathroom for almost all of rooms make very comfortable our stay!  If you choose this incredible place to stay, you dont need bring anything, just your personal stuffs.  The pool and the view.. breathtaking. During the cooking we always lost in the seaview from the kitchen through the big windows.  The location for us was the perfect. The villa is in a small street, the end of Okrug Gornji. Nobody bother us under our vacation, very quite place.  The owner and Mr Fix were very very helpful, every question we have we got answer very quick.  We were there 3 generation, and really…. Everybody enjoyed and loved it!!  My all respect that the owner sacrifice so much for comfort!  Otherwise about 100m and there is a small Beach, and not too crowded. Trogir citycentre about 8-10mins by car, the big beach, less.  Im sure, if we ll go back to Trogir, we ll book this house again! 💙 Thanks for everything,  Monika&Andras and our family

The interior was so nice, and the different zones outside with furnitures, trees and shower was just amazing. Breathtaking view from the top balcony. The sea with crystal clear water a few steps down the road for a refreshing morning bath. And the neighbourhood was so quiet and relaxing. We would love to come back another time 👍
