The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped with an oven, hob and fridge with a decent freezer. The studio is set back from the sea but there was a small balcony with sea view. It was pretty quiet - although Livadhia is not a noisy resort. The cleaning of the studio was excellent we had regular clean towels and sheets and bins were also regularly emptied.

Very clean excellent view away from the centre car was fab
It was very clean, foods served were delicious, rooms were comfortable. it was just beach front, sea was extremely clean. The only thing is it’s a windy place and sea is wavy some days.
The apartment is perfect. Right in the centre of the village, very close to everything , but quiet too. very clean. Very attentive hosts. We had one small issue with the Wi-Fi and it was fixed immediately. Really fantastic customer service. Excellent welcome pack. Such a kind thought and most appreciated. Fantastic outdoor space. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended

Closeness to the sea. View from the apartment. Spacious, well equipped and very clean. But most of all the owner Popi made us feel so welcome.

Very friendly owners, ready to give you tips about where to go around the island. They even dropped me off themselves at a nearby village. The room was very clean and well organised, the bed very comfortable.
Fabulous sea view, very friendly hosts, comfy beds, a twenty minute walk to the centre of Livadia so a very peaceful location. Breakfast was a very reasonable 7 euros, toast, homemade jams cake and pastries, juice, coffee, tea, eggs, yogurt with honey, served to us by Tony, the owner who also picked us up at the port. A lovely family run hotel, very clean and comfortable.
Well equipped, very clean and modern. Very comfortable beds. Loved the fact there is a ceiling fan as an alternative to air con. Mosquito screens were fully functioning with no holes or tears in them. Packs of water in the room on arrival for purchase was appreciated. No carrying heavy bottles from the supermarket!
