Very good airconditioned Flat, not hot in the summer. Everything for self-cooking in the good kitchen, beautiful living- and sleeping-room. Childrens bed (very funny) a little higher to climb on. My son (7) loved it. Really nice owner. She cares for you and speaks very good English! Terasse with shadow, dining in the morning outside. Wonderful stay!

This is a lovely place with an amazing view. I like the friendly hosts Fiona and Steve, they are like "the vibrating big heart" of this place. The location is in the hills, they were for me there with the car. My son enjoy the ATV and said to me that he is feeling like at home in Skiathos. The moon is really big in the night, the house has an amazing landscape around and in front of you is the Sea. The design inside is so nice and comfortable. I was impressed by the bathroom. Everything was perfect during our stay! Fion, our so nice and lovely hosts has gone shopping for us at the first night. Thank you for all your kidness!

This place is otherworldly! I have no words to describe how good we felt here! It has a soothing vibe with the way it is decorated, in Scandinavian accents, and I absolutely loved every detail! There is a cottage with two floors just to yourselves to chill and relax. There is air conditioning, all the necessary amenities, plenty of towels, even tea and orange juice in the fridge. There are also books , tv with Netflix, a little table and chairs on the porch to spend your morning or evening there. There are even sun beds outside the cottage. All the necessary ingredients to make you feel like home!

Comfortable mattresses on the beds. Every day we could have breakfast and lunch outside. A very friendly host who informed us in advance in writing of everything important.

Our stay at Kefi House was excellent! Our expectations were far exceeded. Our host met us timely at the property to deliver the keys. I called a few hours before to confirm our arrival time from the ferry. The house was very stylish, modern, comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. We are a family of 4 (boys 12 and 14) and the house fit our needs perfectly. Despite being in Skiathos town, the street Kefi House is on is very quiet and residential. I am so happy we chose to stay in Skiathos town. In the mornings I would walk to the bakery for fresh bread and cookies. My husband and I would get an iced coffee from a nearby cafe while our boys slept in. There are beautiful grocery stores with fruit and yogurt and everything you would need nearby. Every night we were able to walk around the city. The beach resorts are pretty but it would have been very boring to be outside of the center. We were very close to the port and were able to walk to Kefi House with our bags. Similarly we were able to walk to car rental and 4-wheeler rentals for daily excursions across the island. I highly recommend renting a boat for the day to tour the island. You can ask or text your host to help you with that which was another highlight. Kefi House was just perfect. My family created beautiful memories during our stay and we will always dream about the wonderful week we spent in Skiathos at Kefi House. We hope to visit again!

We were in six, the house was comfortable and very clean and everything satisfied our aspectative. Kostas was very kind and Always helpful for everything we needed. At end of out journey a friend of mine forgot his headphones and kostas shipped It to him without any extra cost. Super recommended.

The insides were well decorated and beautiful. The outside and garden was amazing and well kept that sitting in the veranda in the evenings and morning was so peaceful.. Simply amazing stay. Vassilis, Yasmine& Gregoris welcomed us with coffee, drinks and fruit and were so lovely and hospitable. Cannot thank them enough for these beautiful days at their property and the attention they gave us.
