The Villa is super comfortable and the pool was amazing. I do have to say that the best thing this property has is the concierge Antonia. This lady went above and beyond. We celebrated a birthday and she did make all arrangements for us to have a cake. Property was excellent with a profound customer service. I will definitely be staying here again!!

When we arrived at the villa we presented a bottle of wine and fresh water. Many thanks to Fotis for the great support and patience. For every question, we got an immediate response from the host. The villa has a big pool with an infinite view of the sea. We've really enjoyed sating here and hopefully comeback soon.

This property is amazing, I highly recommend. Manolis is an exceptional host, he couldn't do enough for us but was not in any way intrusive. The property was immaculately clean, everything we needed and more were in the villa, the pool is fabulous and having our own pool was a massive hit with the kids! The area is quiet, villas are very private and tranquil ideal for a family. There is a lovely restaurant Nicholas Taverna around the corner and Elenis supermarket also around the corner had everything you could need, Theo and Yoda there are a lovely welcoming couple. The main town is about a ten minute walk. There is also a beautiful quiet beach, Kavos beach, about a ten minute walk away with crystal clear waters. We had a fabulous time and are looking forward to returning to this villa!!

The apartment has an excellent location in Lindos, 2 minute walk from the parking lot and very close to saint pauls bay.Our host Kostas was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment is basically brand new with a very beautiful interior design, it was super clean and everything as far as the amenities go was on point. And if that wasn’t enough the apartment offers a jacuzzi with the best views of Lindos acropolis!! We highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again !!!

Beautiful new apartment , fully equipped with everything needed. Loads of space for me and my family. We hired a car and had it delivered to the apartment (which has it's own parking space). We went in October, the pool isn't heated. the weather was lovely, but for us, the pool was a little too 'refreshing' for our liking. I'm sure earlier in the season, we'd be in the pool all day, every day. There was lots of little extras provided that we hadn't expected, which made our first trip to the supermarket so much easier. The security deposit held on our credit card was released quickly once the apartment was checked after we left. We met the owner on arrival who was lovely and gave us information and some good ideas on restaurants.

We have stayed in Ixia twice a year for the last few years, in a variety of accommodations. This was by far the best. Massive swimming pool, luxury fixtures and fittings. Warm welcome from Kostas, various fresh fruit, drinks etc. on arrival. Also as it is in the centre no need for a hire car, all restaurants/bars within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
