The house itself is fantastic, renovated, has thick walls and is therefore not very hot during the day; it is set on 2 floors with large spaces, 2 comfortable bedrooms (perhaps the mattress is a little hard, but this is subjective). The kitchen is well equipped, much more than others I have seen, there is everything you need and more. The air conditioners, useful in the evening, are very efficient. The part I appreciated most is the outside with the barbeque, we used it a lot in the evening to have dinners out. The location is in the middle of the town, the view is not the strong point, but it makes up for it with the tranquility and proximity of services (supermarket, taverns). George was very attentive to our needs, even if not physically present, he was always very available to answer me or make suggestions. Lastly, it's very close to one of the mosto beautiful beach (Limonari) of the Island. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Fully equipped even a coffee machine, very comfortable and benefited from being a newly refurbished property. decor was excellent and very pleasing. great hosts and accommodating and close by. seating outside on small veranda with a sea glimpse. great Tavernas nearby which served very nice food, good location for exploring Spartochori village back streets. anyone staying should be aware that this is a small village with narrow streets atop a hill, many steps from ferry port. have suitable footwear! couple beaches nearby but found Spartochori beach at nearby Taverna Spilia and bar Agrios to be the nicer area.

The design, the equipment, the pool, the location. Everything was just perfect. The house had everything you need only your swimwear. Super quite place to relax. The pool was amazing with an incredible view. The minimalistic design was amazing. The location is very convenient 5 minutes from Vathu and 2 minutes from Spartochori. The owner/manager was always available and willing to assist. Honestly one of the best houses we have ever booked.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the villa free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Spilia Beach. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped for the longer stay with a family or friends. We enjoyed very much magnificent views from the terrace, equally attractive in the morning as well in the sunset. Children liked that the pool was bathed in the sun until late hours, so they could swim even in the evening. The house is located in calm area, on the outskirts of the nice small village, supermarket, butcher and few taverns are in close proximity - just few minutes walk. There are sheets and towels provided and replaced each few days and cleaning is organized regularly. Communication with host was very easy - he responded quickly to all our requests. We would definitely return there!

The hosts hospitallity and warmth made us felt like home. The location was ideal, in a peaceful backstreet, a few meters from the harbour and one breath from all restaurants, super markets and night life. It worths mentioning the reasonable accomodation cost and the free parking lot near the house. We will definetely visit again Koni's house! Highly recommended for families or group of friends!

A spacious and well equipped house, with a great terrace: this is all you need for a great stay. The Konstas family goes out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your time at the house and on the island. The most helpful and kind people we came across on our many trips. Exceptional.

Located in Spartokhórion, near Nylec Beach and Herniades Beach, Villa Erini is a recently renovated property, featuring, pool with a view and garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. We loved our stay at Villa Ereni on the wonderful island of Meganisi. We were met with a warm welcome from Elena and Maria who showed us through the whole apartment and gave us tips on what to do and where to go on Meganisi. They also provided us with basic groceries to get started (milk, bread, butter, water, bottle of wine, etc), which we highly appreciated. The villa is very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. It had a great flow to it, and it was nice to have so much space. Another bonus was having the onsite washing machine. The villa is situated in quieter, peaceful location with amazing views. It is probably about a 15minute walk into Spartahori and Spilia. There is a lovely beach about 200m below the villa. We hired a car for the duration of the stay so we could visit other beaches and towns on the island, but were always happy to come back to the villa in the afternoon, where we could relax around the pool. We would love to come back to Meganisi, and Villa Ereni would be our first choice.

We enjoyed staying at this spacious villa with an exclusive swimming pool and different sitting out areas all with fantastic views across the bay... The villa is well located less than 10 mins from Spartochori with supermarkets, bars and restaurants.It also provided a good base to walk and explore the rest of the island. We welcomed the fact that Gerasimos picked us up from the ferry and that the villa was fully cleaned halfway through the week.
