Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Porto Koundouros Villas is located on the beachfront in Koundouros in the Kea Region. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. We booked for my father's 80th birthday and as they live in Athens it was a good location as was near and the facilities at the resort where perfect for him to not have to travel much. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the hotel especially the staff (Fotini was incredible and accommodating) the beach, the accomodation and the food where fantastic for the price and we had a great stay. This is a cozy house at the windy coast of Kea with an exceptional view. The house has everything you need and is designed in a charming way. We enjoyed the hammock near the pool and the short hiking trail down to the sea. The house can be reached after a lengthy stretch of very rough dirt road with holes and rocks. So bring everything you need for your stay.

Great place! It was beautiful, the pictures don’t even compare to the actual place, it’s lovely. Maria was super helpful and nice and left us snacks and water. Would definitely stay there again, and it’s really close to the port.

The house is beautifully and carefully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. The views are amazing. The pool is a perfect spot to spend a morning or afternoon. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. The location is ideal for nice beaches, the port and Hora.

We spent a great time here. The villa is absolutely superb and it has a great view. The sunrise from the villa terrace is absolutely breathtaking. The villa is extraordinary, beautiful and stylish décor, very clean and comfortable. Very close, it is a wonderful bay with a gorgeous wild beach, with very fine sand. The name of the beach is Psilisammos and in our opinion it is the nicest beach from the whole island. It is like having you own private beach. It is the perfect place to admire and enjoy a wild landscape with a great view. We visited some other beaches from the island but our soul remained to Psilisammos. In our opinion this location is a must place to visit if you will be in Kea.

Nastanitev Charming Vourkari Stone Home 3 - Minutes from Port se nahaja približno 16 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Gialiskari in nudi razgled na gore, teraso ter balkon. The location was great. Walking distance to several restaurants and the sea and port but just behind so very peaceful. Undercover parking for the car was excellent considering the heat.The hosts mother met us with the keys and showed us how everything worked and was very helpful and welcoming. The fridge was stocked with local goodies including a large pot of honey and bread and cold cuts of meat etc.Everything looked very new and clean and well thought out. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with bottled water and plenty of working appliances (kettle/toaster etc}. All the bedrooms had air-conditioning with lovely bed linen and well fitting windows with metal screens to stop bugs. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and showers worked well. A washing machine was supplied. We booked and prepaid for four nights based on boat schedules on the internet. When we arrived on Kea we found the boat we had planned to take, to catch our plane at Athen's airport, did not exist so we had to cancel our last night and leave early. We informed our host as soon as possible and he agreed to refund us half of the last days charge and we could stay in the property until the evening (check out time normally 11am) when we caught the last ferry. Which we thought was fair.

Nastanitev Casa Xyla-sunset view villa se nahaja približno 14 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Paralia Xila in nudi razgled na vrt, verando ter aparat za kavo. One of the best accommodations we have ever had. And certainly the property with the best view ever. We highly recommend it.
