Located in Meyisti, 200 metres from Megisti Port and 1.4 km from Cathedral of St. Constantine and St.Helen, Chroma Kastellorizo provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, having a glass of wine there before heading down for dinner. It was central both to the marina and to the pharmacy and restaurant in the top of the hill. It was very clean and during our 6 day stay, a cleaner was arranged to attend the property after day 3 which meant everything was fresh and brand new again, this attention to cleanliness was really appreciated as a very considerate and lovely touch. The dining room enters into what feels like a historical stone cavern that has been well lit and set up with couches so you feel like you’re sitting comfortably in a magical setting. The host George was more than accomodating, very responsive and all round made us feel welcome and taken care of

The house is very nice and comfortable, with a superb view. Island is small, but makes it great to spend a small week there. Kristina the host is very nice and helpful.

Situato a meno di 1 minuto a piedi dal porto Megisti, l'Alexandros offre sistemazioni con balcone, un giardino e una terrazza. I stayed here last year. It was a delightful experience so I came back this year. The location of the house is almost perfect. It’s very close to the port, the restaurants, cafes etc. We arrived early in the morning but Alexandros let us leave our luggages at the house. The house was really clean. It’s a cozy, warm, quiet house. 10/10!

Overall the accommodation is unique, authentic, beautiful, you can expect what you see on the pictures. And even more, in reality it is a bit like a fairy castle. The large sun terrace with the view of the Kastelorizzo bay is stunning, I can imagine living on that terrace for weeks. Veronika, the housekeeper was waiting for us an she was extremely helpful and gave us all information we needed. Getting to the accommodation is really authentic, you can only go there on foot as no streets and cars are on this part of the island. But the owner has organized for us to have help bringing our luggage up to the house. Definitely not accessible with wheelchair and for older people, but for us it was an amazing location. We had an amazing time

Located in Meyisti, 200 metres from Megisti Port, 1.6 km from Cathedral of St. THESE ARE THE THINGS WE DID NOT LIKE, CONTINUED............ 3)On Saturday and Easter Sunday, there was not enough hot water in the house to accommodate 5 people. The house was relying on a solar water heater, that had a really small boiler for its needs. As soon as one of us had a shower, the hot water was finished, so the rest could not bathe!!!!!!!! The reason was that there was a broken fuse in the switchboard that could not be fixed immediately, so the water could not get electrically heated. 4) The weather during our stay was bad. It was windy, rainy and cold. At the groundfloor room the windows were letting in cold air, so we had to move the beds to the other side of the room, plus covering the windows with pillows and sheets in order to avoid catching a cold. 5)The house is located very close to “Faros” bar that illegally had very loud music until 2:00a.m. with the tolerance of the local police. As you may realize we could only sleep after 2:00a.m.!!!!!!!!! Our group was consisting of me and my husband that are middle aged, our teenage daughter and my elderly parents (91 & 84y.o.). We went to Kastellorizo for three days to relax(?????) Overall, our stay was not satisfactory at all. We could not sleep, we could not bathe and we had to solve issues that we did not expect to face during our vacation. The house is a very nice house that however lacks serious maintenance and should not be rented when the weather conditions are not 100% favorable.
