The villa is new, beautiful, clean, safe and in a very quiet place. And a magic view. We spent there two weeks with the kids and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is amazing, all new, beautifully built and decorated,with all the amenities .The kitchen was fully functional and equipped (although I never cook on vacations😉)with everything you may need! Every room was a pleasant surprise! You have to see by yourselves!Each one with its own bathroom . And the pool!!!! Ok, I could live there forever! And ms Tassoula , the owner, was very welcoming and kind and she had left some treats fir us.We strongly recommend it!

This villa also has a private pool. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.3 km from Yialos Beach. Brand new apartment so everything was beautiful! Lots of space & I particularly loved that the bedroom was downstairs & very private!

Everything about this property is 5*. Great hosts. Top quality furniture, towels, showers, pool, bath, kitchen, lounge, all within an awesome view! Place is in a walkable distance from town, but still manages to be completely private. Walkable distance to tavernas, restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways. Hosts were always on hand to assist with questions ( and when I managed to lock myself out ), nothing was too much hassle for them. Will definitely be returning, cannot wait.

Not only is her villa a serene slice of paradise, it’s an excellent location and the island itself is breathtaking. We could not be more happy with the amenities the villa had to offer and how helpful Giulia was- both are an absolute treasure to Ios. She is kind and considerate in her interactions with guests and clearly cares about her property- ensuring guests enjoy the villa to its fullest.

Beautiful little local beach about 5 minute walk away, port about 10 minutes walk. Villa was spotlessly clean, great facilities! With garden views, this accommodation features a patio. Homer's Tomb is 14 km away and Monastery of Agios Ioannis is 20 km from the holiday home. Exceeded our expectations in every way. From the finishing of the house to the quality of the products offered - a true 5 star experience. The personal touches were everywhere, an exemplary way to host - a real gem. Incredible location and fantastic hosts that were always very attentive and caring. This really made the difference to our stay with a 1 year old baby. Would highly recommend, and we will be going back again.
