Very clean and spacious apartment with good location. Many beaches and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is in the same building where the hosts live but it felt very private and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Offering quiet street views, Villa Lina Chios is an accommodation located in Chios, 1.1 km from Karfas Beach and 2 km from Megas Limnionas Beach. The View from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the beach. All the facilities were all new and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we were very happy with the property and the location was within walking distance to Karfas beach.

Rooms is spotlessly clean and has everything you might need during your stay. It also has a very hospitable owner who helps with everything.

The house is located on the back of a cafe, opposite the Chios windmills. The sea is just off the main street. During the night you can watch the sea, the city lights and the boats passing by. Great location and close to the city center. The interior is well decorated and was very clean. There's everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Once i made the reservation, the host welcomed me and replied to all the questions regarding activities on the island, places to eat, places to shop. There is also a parking space 100m from the house. The WiFi is all over the house. The house is ideal either for solo or family booking.

There are 3 villas, we rented Dimitris Villa and it has 2 rooms and saloon, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It also has veranda and terrace. There are all necessary tools and wares in kitchen. Even they kept ice for us in the fridge. :) There was a parking lot for each villa. We asked them to extend check out time up to 4pm and they accepted. There were no employee at residances, we got keys from a keybox with a password and left at same place with same style. Place was close to Chios city centre(15min), market(10min), restaurants(1min) and cafes(1min). And there was a very good beach at only 30meter distance. Shortly, it was very good place. You should go!

This property is beautiful! We loved our stay. A traditional Chios stone house that has been meticulously maintained. A bonus was their sweet dog Litsa!
