This cottage exceeded all our expectations! It was fully equipped with unexpected luxuries like an air fryer and a professional blender—delightful surprises that made our stay even better. The terrace with a rocking chair was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The host's warm Svanetian hospitality truly shone through as they personally gifted us a flagon of wine each night. On our first evening, we were invited to join a family barbecue, which was such a welcoming experience. The cozy yard, dotted with fruit trees and a famous Svan tower open for visits, added to the charm. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk from the city center. Six out of five stars—highly recommended!

Svetlana and Vladimir proved to be exceptionally warm and welcoming hosts. Every dish they served us was delicious, and the location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Moreover, there are numerous attractions within walking distance or a short drive away. Even though we were traveling without a car, Vladimir kindly arranged transportation for us from Kutaisi to their house. Additionally, they recommended some fantastic places to visit, and we had the privilege of exploring them during our stay.

Martvili'de yer alan Renovated 3-bedroom House in Nature - Iskia Estate verandalı ve klimalı bir konaklama birimi sunmaktadır. The property was lovely, set in a gorgeous location. We travelled to Georgia to go hiking mainly and we were able to reach some fantastic hikes within around 1 hour. The scenery from the front porch is stunning. The owner was extremely helpful and was reachable by the app throughout our stay if we had any queries. The property was clean, well-maintained and had all the linen and kitchen utensils we required. The property manager who visited us one day was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend staying at this fantastic property. Thank you so much 😊
