Since the booking we've been assisted by the host regarding all our questions. Check-in was quick, we just arrived to the house and the door was unlocked. There is a parking spot near the house. The house inside feels large. Everything was clean and very warm (I've been at many places over Georgia and warm houses is rare case there). We really enjoyed the living room with soft sofas, quality audio system and really big TV and fireplace. Location is also great: there are couple of grocery shops in 10 mins walk. It's quite area without noises at night. Recommend it!

The cottage in the middle of a forest . The road to the property during my stay was difficult due to some road's maintenance there . At night you can have some barbecue in the garden.

Its exceptional private villa in a prime location, the host was very warm & welcoming, they even arranged the christmas decoration upon our request as we checked in early week of DEC. The place is so wonderful, it snowed couple of days prior to our arrival, so when we arrived in the villa with its decoration was extremely lovely, my family had a pleasant stay. The children loved the play area, which was safe for them to use any time and they had a blast playing in the snow in the private garden. It was great knowing they could play freely in the evening. We enjoyed using the barbecue grill and watching the beautiful fire from the window. It created such a warm and lovely atmosphere thank you for providing such a wonderful space. A real christmas feel. We had an unforgettable feeling and memories in Villa Borjormi.

It's just 20-30 meters from Kochta lift, so it takes really a couple of minutes to get to the slopes (and back). Also from Kochta you can ski to Mitarbi area and back, so you don't need any transport or taxi. The cottage is tidy, the heating is very good, radiators are places exactly where needed, so all the rooms are comfortably warm, without being too hot upstairs\too cold downstairs etc. Nice and clean bathrooms (there are two badrooms on the secondfloor and each has its own bathroom - very convinient to stay for 2 families eg) Well-equiped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, all main pots&pans&plates. Overall spacy and light rooms, balconies, area for car-parking and outside activity. Good internal planning and furniture, comfortable beds. Immediate view onto the slopes and lift. Restaraunt, cafe, grocery - all are in 1-2-3 min availability. Staing with a dog is available for no additional price - my special thank for it!! )
