The place is exactly what I was looking for and even more. Even tho it's a tiny cottage, it has everything you need, and the most important thing — it has 2 side view at the same time: you observe Kazbek mountain from your bedroom and Shani mountain from the terrace. Not even best 5* hotels can offer it ;) Kazbek is usually opens his top in the mornings, so you wake up with the gorgeous view on the main peak of the region. The house itself is very warm and cozy, very comfortable and super convinient location.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa, it was new and comfy! Incredibly warm and cozy. The staff was very helpful, early in the morning we didn’t have any water because of pipe problems, but the manager solved the problem really quick

It's on a little high hill so gives a great view of town. Was able to click milky way pictures. Cleaning was perfect. You can also go for little 15-20 mins outdoor trekking just on the side mountain. Great value for money.
