This is a good place to... This is a really great place to stay! The view from the house is amazing! Imagine sitting and enjoying a beautiful sunset every evening while sipping local wine. Yes, we had it. And it was like in a movie! And the path from home to the beach is like a fairy tale! With all these huge trees, sparkling skies, singing birds, wild mountain streams. The fifteen minute walk to the beach and back wasn't a burden, but a bit of an adventure every time. But if you don't want to go alone, that's good! I saw a couple of times where the owner drove residents to the beach in his van. And yes, master! He is such a wonderful person! Very kind and hospitable, he was always there, ready to help us. Thanks again to him and his hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at his gorgeous home (oh, I forgot to mention the house was really nice, stylish and clean) and I would highly recommend you check this place out for yourself because you definitely won't regret it!

Set in Batumi, 7 km from Batumi Train Station and 8.8 km from Ali and Nino Monument, Dream House offers air conditioning. We enjoyed our stay. The family host is very polite, with huge respect for guests' personal space and comfort. For example, we needed a table for work, and they provided 3 options and patiently let us try all 3 and choose. All questions or requests from our side were fulfilled in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The wooden house is new, well-made, with the good working AC. As the house is wooden and located almost in the forest, sometimes there were ants in the house, but for us, it wasn’t a big problem. Speaking of the forest: the location of the house is a true gem in our opinion. The door opens into the Adjarian forest with a small creek downhill. As the house is almost the last on the road, we were hearing only birds, the forest, and water. Combined with the nice barbecue place (gazebo), it creates a perfect atmosphere for chill evenings with friends. Important note. There are two houses close to each other separated by the barbecue area: the one we are talking about and the small one. We were lucky to stay alone without guests in the small house, so if you appreciate personal space, you might consider booking both houses. Batumi city seems close, but considering traffic jams, the commute to the city center might be pretty time-consuming, so keep that in mind if you are planning to go there frequently. Because of that, we stayed mostly in Mahindjauri. Wi-Fi was good enough for work. We can recommend this house for staying in groups of up to 4 adults. One couple + one adult seems the most reasonable combination.
