It was clean , brand new beddings and comfortable beds for all three of us. The shower had a good water pressure , unlike some other places I stayed in . There is also a brand new walk shower downstairs which came in very handy. Coffee facilities was a nice touch. The location was great, literally 5 minute to Warwick University. Hoist was very helpful and accommodating.
