A comfortable and relaxing stay, very homely and super clean. Christmas decorations made the stay extra special. Having essentials such as cereal and milk was a lovely gesture. We would highly recommend.

We were greeted with welcome bicuists and chocolates for the kids. That was a lovely surprise. The large heated pool was the best experience ever. Lee was always on hand to help with any queries.

Leam Terrace Escape is a recently renovated holiday home in Leamington Spa, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. A beautiful town house, very well decorated and thoughtfully presented. Kitchen had everything we needed and some extras, like oat milk, were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and in a great central location, but with easy access to countryside nearby. Great garden too. Perfect for our stay and we would love to return.

The property is a really well thought out space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is amazing and means that you can cook easily with all the necessary equipment available. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. The finish is incredibly good, little touches like a heated and light up mirror in the bathroom so it doesn’t steam up! There was also a beautiful full length window looking out to a tree in the garden full of birds and squirrels. Whilst you are so close to the centre of Stratford upon Avon, it was so peaceful and felt like a true escape. The property was absolutely spotless as well.

Stunning property, brilliant location and the host was so welcoming and accommodating. Great facilities and the garden setting was amazing! Would love to come stay again

It had a homely feel, everything is top quality. The beds are super comfortable, shower is really powerful, kitchen is well equipped and it was a great location.
