Katie is a fantastic hoist and has great communication. it’s in the perfect location as you are not a million miles away from all the great Cotswolds villages to explore and enjoy. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone for a relaxing gateway from busy city life.

Everyone had their own space and we were comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful with questions and the house was stocked with everything that was needed. The check-in and check-out went smoothly as well. Thank you for having us! We highly recommend!

Excellent location for a family stay. We stayed in the Granary which is 2 bedrooms, all on one level. Beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again.

Located 32 km from University of Oxford, 34 km from Walton Hall and 36 km from Royal Shakespeare Theatre, The Bakehouse provides accommodation set in Chipping Norton. We had an extremely comfortable stay at The Bakehouse. We got a little bit lost but the host was very responsive and great to communicate with throughout. The cottage was adorable and cosy. A great location , right in the center of town but still felt very private. A shame there is no parking. However , the free long stay parking was just a few minutes walk away. We can’t wait to come back !

We booked this place last minute for a group of 10, and it was perfect! The house was absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated, spacious, and full of charm. Every room was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The outdoor space was just as lovely, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The host was incredible—super responsive and made sure everything was ready for us. Great location, and the host’s local tips were spot-on. Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance

Staying at Freedi's cottage was an absolute delight. We had an incredible time, and the house is fully equipped with everything you could need, whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay. I particularly appreciated all the thoughtful amenities for babies and toddlers, like the highchair, toys, bath toys, and books. You can even request a cot! Communication with Freddie was outstanding—she was quick to respond to my messages throughout our stay. I highly recommend this cottage!

Jackdaws Shepherds Hut býður upp á gistingu í Epwell, 30 km frá Blenheim-höll, 35 km frá Warwick-kastala og 45 km frá University of Oxford. I loved how compact but cosy the hut was, we stayed one for one night, and it was only 20 minutes from The Diddly Squat Farm. Jackie was a great host and made us beautiful food from the Saddle in. The bed was comfortable, I had the best nights sleep. Breakfast was provided, and a shop a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend and would come again.

Serena is an excellent host, she maintained contact will me and made the whole booking process stress free ! We will be booking this property again as it is perfect for our needs.
