It's in excellent condition and has easy access to buses that can take you to Edinburgh. The cleanliness is impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained everything was.

The owner was very welcoming, nice and easy to contact when in need. The house was clean and fully equipped. The centre was a few bus stops away. Breakfast was provided.

Never expected the hygiene to be that good. Amazing focusing on the small details and fully loaded with daily supplies. I strongly recommend the setting 100%.

Boasting garden views, Penicuik Estate features accommodation with patio, around 15 km from EICC. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The estate was vast and beautiful; wide forests span the view with options to trail around the farm and immerse oneself in nature. The house accommodated a homely vintage atmosphere and felt very rural without diminishing the necessities of a comfortable modern lifestyle.
