The property was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be booking this accommodation again soon hopefully 😃 my only regret was we didn't book for longer. The apartment is located in the historical area of Stamford in very close proximity to the main street and square. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are modern and clean. Kitchen cutlery set included sharp knifes, seriously, it is not very common feature. The apartment has an on-site garage big enough to take a medium sized car, which is very handy for those traveling Britain by car. Communication with host was clear and prompt. We liked the modern, comfy and large beds and views from the bed room.

There was everything we could need at the property including a cot for our 2 year old. Very efficient and modern central heating system which was brilliant especially as we were there in freezing conditions. Chris the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
