Lovely hosts and excellent location for visiting the fabulous National Trust properties and famous gardens in the area. Never had to drive more than 30 mins to these bucket list locations. The studio was bright and cosy, superbly fitted out, with awesome westerly sunset views west over the fields. Sitting on the outdoor patio, listening to the birdsong and watching the sunset = wonderful!

Has a little outside seating area as well. I will definitely recommend this place.

Especially loved having the laundry facilities of a washer and dryer and use of an iron. Even supplied a drying rack. Lovely patio.

Cosy 2 Bedroom House -2022 & 2023 Award Winner! ligger i Ramsgate, blot 1,8 km fra Pegwell Bay Beach og 300 m fra Granville Theatre. Der er terrasse. Beautiful house, with every comfort thought of. Really good quality furnishings, even the photos don't do it justice! Good location too near the sea and the town. A gem of a place, we will return!

We liked everything: the location (quiet area, but very close to beach, walking trails and town, easily accessible by train and approx. 15 minute walk), the cosiness of the house/beds/couches, the communication with the hosts, the "little" things the hosts thought of (games, books, children stuff etc.), the sweet presents for a perfect start into vacation (bread, butter, jam, milk etc.). We could not think of a better place to spend some quality time with your family or best friends...
