Warm, well - furnished, spotless, great sea views from living room and front bedroom. All essentials provided, including a lovely Welcome pack of wine, biscuits, local roast coffee and tea- very tasty and much appreciated. We will be back to stay at this wonderful, sympathetically modernised, property. (Ps thanks to our hosts for promptly emailing through our ferry passes, after my partner left the printed copies at home.) We love the IOW, we've been many times - but this is our favourite home-from-home.. We would've stayed forever if we could....

ROSE COTTAGE se encuentra en Ryde, a 2,8 km de Playa de Ryde, a 11 km de Castillo de Osborne y a 24 km de Parque temático Blackgang Chine. What a fantastic place to stay. Really homely, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is conveniently located and with parking right in front of the house which certainly isn't a given on the Isle of Wight. It has a lovely patio where you can enjoy alfresco dining weather permitting. The host was absolutely lovely and provided us with a ferry discount code as well as a welcome pack with bread juice milk and even a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Communication was excellent too. I would highly recommend staying at the Rose Cottage. It is like home away from home.

We are very familiar with this holiday site, have been visiting it for years. All we need is clean accommodation, this one was very nice. We have stayed in a variety homes in West Bay, one bedroom,and two bedroom. There are no amenities or Entertainment on this site, we like the quiet location and self catering.
