It was only a 15min min walk through a nature reserve to the beach which had a cafe etc. There are walks from the house The host gave us some really good recommendations Bike hire a 5 min walk away Lake Annecy lake 15min walk bike path 5 min away

The location is superb, overlooking the lake. It was easy to access the keys as the host provided us with the key code. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Bedroom kept cool whilst it was hot outside as it was at the back of the property. Clean and tidy. Plenty of space to park outside too. Also, it was an easy drive to Chamonix.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Le Chicissime, coeur du village, LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy is set in Talloires, 44 km from Rochexpo and 49 km from Bourget Lake. The house is very well equipped and carefully maintained in its all details. It was perfectly cleaned and upon our arrival Amandine explained most of the details after welcoming us. The location is absolutely great with easy access to the main road and village center with plenty of parking areas nearby. The big jacuzzi at the ground floor is amazing and kept in a very well decorated and cozy area. The external Terrasse is also very nice with a Pergola/ eating area and long chairs for relaxing in the sun! Overall one of the best cared houses we ever stayed and the region is really beautiful! A great experience indeed!
