Wow, incredible space for the price. As a solo traveler, it was more space than I needed. But it was fully stocked. Plus, the hosts were incredible and I added the excellent breakfast onto my reservation. Thanks for the good conversation and memory!

A beautiful little house, hosted by a beautiful little family! Just perfect. Comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean, quiet, lovely area, easy parking outside and made so welcome.

The house is very nice and cozy, clean, the area is very quiet, the outside garden looks great and the host is super nice. 100% recommended

Located in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac and only 22 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda Train Station, Comtesse de Dordogne provides accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful and interesting place. Les Eyzies is steeped in pre-history - you can see 17,000 year old cave paintings right there in the village. Our house at Domain de Comtesse de Dordogne was beautifully furnished and fully-equipped to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. The houses are set among extensive grounds, with a river, a fishing lake and a waterfall – birdsong is everywhere. Each house has a well-furnished shaded patio, with barbeque facilities and we ate outside a lot. Although other houses were occupied while we were there, we hardly saw anybody, and we had the pool to ourselves. The owners, Jean Claude and Lizette, were very friendly and helpful, both before and during our visit. We didn’t have a car with us, so it was useful to have a supermarket and bakery just minutes’ walk away. The house we stayed in was light and airy with a huge modern living room giving beautiful views over the grounds. We thoroughly recommend this place.

Everything was as good as advertised. Comfy, clean, spacious. Hosts were super helpful. The boulangerie at the street corner is very nice for breakfast.

Featuring garden views, La Closerie de Baneuil features accommodation with an open-air bath, a garden and a tennis court, around 19 km from Bergerac Train Station. We were fabulously looked after by beautiful hosts on our one night stay in Baneuil. Lovely room, bathroom, garden and facilities. Well provisioned breakfast including catering for dietary needs.

Rick Steves says it's the best breakfast in France...and it is ! Omelettes made to order, countless choices of cheeses, meats. breads, lots of delicious home made desserts and dishes, including beef bourguignon that took her 48 hours to make ! It's a beautiful mansion / palace right on the river with extensive, lovely grounds, gardens and a large heated pool. The host is the kindest, most hard working and lovely person you could meet. I was playing her son's classical guitar in the parlor and she brought over a carafe of her delicious homemade walnut wine to share with my wife. An amazing and wonderful experience.
