Vakanananu Retreat in Matei provides adults-only accommodation with free bikes and a garden. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Very quiet little resort - only 2 units, I was the only guest at the time - in beautiful surroundings. Accommodation was airy, spacious and spotless. Excellent home-cooked meals, attentive hosts and cheerful service. Sharon also helped in booking activities and transport.

Situated a short walk from Taveuni Beach, Maravu Taveuni Lodge offers accommodation with access to the beach and a colorful and vibrant reef. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The hosts at Maravu are so incredibly welcoming and make an effort to call every guest by their name. The gardens and pool are beautiful, the food at the on-site restaurant is good quality and reasonably priced, especially at breakfast! Big shout-out to Rafa, who feels like the dad of the place and is so full of love for everybody, he immediately makes you feel like you are part of their family. He also loves his kava and music ;) I loved my time at Maravu and highly recommend it to all!
