These modern, 2-bedroom cottages are located 3 km from Rovaniemi City Centre and Train Station. Ounasvaara Ski Resort is 500 metres away. It was cozy and comfortable for our family of 5.

Polaris Villas features a sauna and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Muonio, 42 km from Spa Water World, Levi. This was one of the best stays I have had anywhere in the world. The accomodation is stunning and the hosts are beyond amazing!!! Even took us on a ski trip around the frozen lake which was fantastic. 11/10.

Korpikelo provides a sauna and free private parking, and is within 36 km of Kolari Train Station. Basic cottage that has all the features we needed. Beds were good and sauna was ok. I would say that the upstairs additional beds are for for 7-13 years old kids, due to height of the area + the stairs are very steep, so you have to be careful when coming down -> but that did not bother us as we were not using upstairs.

Situated in Rovaniemi and only 1.9 km from Arktikum Science Centre, Foxtail Apartment features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet location, very easy walk to a supermarket, and extremely cosy place to sleep. 30 minute walk to town or easy taxi ride using Uber or similar local apps (or the taxi rank by McDonalds). There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Villa Arctic Light 1&2 offers accommodation with free bikes and a patio, around 3.8 km from Santa Claus Village. Villa Artic Light is a modern and comfy holiday home. Hosts (Paulas and Laura) were contactable throughout our stay and answered all our questions timely. The pin code to the place were emailed to us prior to our arrival and even though the check in time was not until 3pm, hosts allow us to drop our luggage first. And on the check out day, host allow us to keep the luggage till 2pm as we had planned to visit Santa Park in the morning. We are so grateful for that. When we arrived the first day, the place was already heated up nicely. We came from Santa Claus Village and felt so cold and so to arrive with a heated place like this was just heavenly! The place is very clean and comfy and very warm. We walked around in our thin pjs and some of us bare-footed. The sauna is heavenly. Lots of places to hang our coats and ski attire. The drying room (sharing the same place with the washing machine, drying machine, sauna, bathroom and toilet) is good place to hang your damp jackets from snow play :) The 9 of us (5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children age 11) shared the entire home and really like the place. My kids love the smart TV. Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. We prepared simple breakfast and dinner with the fully functional kitchen. There were many sledges sitting outside but unfortunately excursions took out most of our time and so we had no time to explore the lovely front and back yard. oh yes, Villa Artic Light is really quite near to Santa Park. We booked 2 taxis to bring us there.

The calm and private surroundings, the ability to see Northern lights and deers, everything you need in the kitchen is there, sauna, friendly owner. Very cosy house with Xmas lights. Nice for family and introverts. We enjoyed our stay :) Our daughter loved to play in the house (especially on the second floor)
